Jackson brings best practices learned as a business leader, models of behavior change from his work in positive psychology, and principles of mind training from his time as a Zen monk.

He often asks clients to reflect on this statement: Your life is a creation of your habits.

This is true with professional performance and personal satisfaction. It’s true of work-life balance, relationship quality, and energy levels. This is the guiding principle of his signature Habits-Based Coaching Program.

Each coaching program begins with agreed upon measurable results (KPIs) which we will work towards through action-oriented 90 minute sessions.

In addition to executives, Jackson works with early career high performers who want to excel in professional and personal life as well as leaders at small- to mid-market companies and nonprofits.

“Jackson is a compassionate listener, but also skilled at reframing a perspective and seeing it in a new light and coming up with practical, actionable, bite-sized steps to make meaningful changes… small changes that are accessible, mindful, and not overwhelming to implement make his approach so successful.”

Live happier, with greater purpose and meaning. Engage fully in the activities that give you joy and energy. Whether you feel great success in your life already or if you have a deep desire for life to be MORE, the process of coaching lets you identify your needs and wants and enables you to achieve the life you really want.

Paul creates a safe, powerful environment where positive change manifests. You, the client, maintain authority and control at all times in the process.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a process of discovery. Through powerful listening and penetrating questions, clients learn what is important to them. The coach assists with action planning and creates accountability.

Coaching is not counseling. Where deep past wounds are a barrier to good mental health, a clinical counselor or psychologist may be better suited than a coach to assist in this healing. A coach is forward-looking and action-oriented. If you want to achieve specific goals, whether they are very short-term or over a lifetime, a coach can help you attain what you really want.

Being coached is fun, energizing, and a creative process that is a proven method for driving results — fast!

Sessions can be in-person, by phone, Skype, or FaceTime. Typically a coach and client agree to work together for at least 3 months, meeting approximately every two weeks, for up to 50 minutes per session.

Will I get personal assessments?

Different assessments can be used: Paul leans towards positive psychology tools that penetrate current life satisfaction, natural strengths, and work-life balance.
