What to expect…
You’ll get in introduction to mindfulness practice with Jackson. Jackson will share some of the interesting research from psychology and neuroscience on the principles and benefits of mindfulness practice. He’ll also include practical, experiential exercises to help you calm your mind and bring your full attention to the present moment.

Jackson owns a training/consulting company where he teaches about bringing the science of happiness to businesses and organizations. He is a speaker, author, and coach. He taught the first happiness course at the University of Alabama and won grants for his research work in positive psychology. He is an experienced mindfulness practitioner with several thousand hours of meditation and 4 months training with Zen monks.
